The Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) offers foreign nationals and former Filipinos the right to live permanently in the Philippines with multiple entry privileges. Administered by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), it is one of the easiest retirement visa programmes in Southeast Asia.
