Philippine embassies provide emergency assistance to Filipino citizens in distress abroad. If you have lost your passport, are stranded, or face an emergency situation, the embassy can issue an Emergency Travel Certificate and provide urgent consular support.

Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC)

An ETC is a temporary one-way travel document for returning to the Philippines when you cannot use your passport:
